Thank you for applying with us! We try to make this process easy and painless. While we do charge an application fee, we do not charge an "administrative" or "processing" fee. These are the steps to apply:

First, review our approval, pet, & security deposit policies. If you need to, text or call us at (830) 743-9010 to discuss. We're more than happy to help you sort it out!

Second, submit:
 
√ A) The app form below. We require a separate app form from each adult 18 years or over.
√ B) Your photo ID + income verification. We'll need your government-issued Photo ID (such as driver's license) plus income verification. Our Approval Policy tells you what income documentation we need depending on where your money comes from. You can add both of these as attachments to the form below, or you can email to: patrick@newbraunfelsbest.com.

Third, submit the payment that is required by clicking the Buy Now button below and entering the required amount. For 1 adult, the required amount is $295.00. For 2 adults, it's $340.00. You will use PayPal to make this payment, but you don't need a PayPal account if you pay with a credit or debit card. This payment covers two items: 
 
        A) An application fee of $45 for each adult. If your app is declined, this fee will not be refunded.

         B) A $250 holding deposit (one deposit per household.) If your app is approved, this holding deposit will be credited toward your move-in costs. If your app is declined, this deposit will be immediately processed for a full refund back through PayPal. However, if your app is approved but you do not rent the apartment, we won't refund the holding deposit. Make sure we are "the one" before you apply! Fine print: If we approve but you do not take the apartment, you agree this deposit is as and for liquidated damages and as consideration in full, as the amount of damages in this situation will be difficult to establish.
