We want to be your new home! Please note a non-refundable application fee is due with your application. We never charge "administrative" or "processing" fees. There are three steps to apply:

1) Review the approval, pet, & security deposit policies. (Text or call us to discuss if needed, we're more than happy to hear from you.)

2) Submit a separate application (below) for each adult, plus driver's licenses & income verification. Our Approval Policy details what income docs we need from you. Add all these items as attachments to the app below, or just email them separately to: patrick@newbraunfelsbest.com.

3) Pay the application fee by clicking the PayPal "Buy Now" button below. For 1 adult, the fee is $49. For 2 adults, it's $98. You don't need a PayPal account if you pay with a credit/debit card.
